PC – Polycarbonate 3d Print 1.75mm natural – natural polycarbonate PC – Polycarbonate filament is a very strong and extremely heat resistant material, usually not suitable for home printers. This product is PURE natural and therefore of higher quality and is not susceptible to breakage from high heat. Please be careful of materials that are not natural. This filament absorbs a lot of moisture and quickly, so immediately after opening it is recommended to put it in sealed boxes and vacuum bags for storage. In order to print in the best and most efficient way with the best results, it is recommended to print it in a printer with a surface and a closed printing chamber. Most important in this case are a high bed temperature and a high heat resistant extruder. This filament requires very high temperatures for printing, so you will see separate layers in case it is printed at a low temperature or rapid and extreme cooling. Comes with a weight of 1 kg and a diameter of 1.75 mm. Recommendations for printing: Nozzle heat: between 250-300°C. Make sure that the extruder meets these temperatures and that it is made of full metal. Surface or bed heat: between 80-120°C. Make sure the surface/bed temperature is high and it is recommended to use PEI or cooling glue: no cooling is necessary and may even destroy prints with this material.
